Terms of service

How ordering a website from HAM0UDA (Youssef Hamouda, full-stack developer) works on this site, from choosing a package to payment.

This page describes how ordering, payment and data handling currently work on this site. It is not yet a reviewed legal document. Before it is finalised, the site owner must supply and approve:

  • Legal name and legal status of the business
  • SIRET number
  • Registered business address
  • VAT regime (and the exact VAT mention to display, if any)
  • Refund and withdrawal policy for digital services
  • Personal data retention period
  • Governing law and competent jurisdiction

Packages

The following website packages are offered. What each one includes is listed on its card in the Services section.

  • Landing Page: €199, one-time payment, payable online.
  • Business Website: €499, one-time payment, payable online.
  • Custom Website: Starting at €999. Quote request only, not payable online.

How ordering works

  • You choose a package, enter your contact details and describe your project.
  • On the same page, you see the total amount and accept these terms before anything is submitted.
  • Your request is saved and you receive an order reference and a private status link. Anyone with that link can view your order details (status, package, price, and your name and email address), so keep it private.
  • For Landing Page and Business Website, you then pay the package price with PayPal.
  • For Custom Website, you submit a quote request. No payment is taken. You receive an individual quotation by email, and payment is only requested after the exact scope and price have been agreed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (EUR) and are one-time project prices. The amount charged is calculated on our server from the package price; it is exactly the price shown and no extra fees are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by PayPal. An order is marked as paid only after PayPal confirms the payment to our server. If a payment is cancelled or declined, you are not charged and you can try again from your status link.

Prices are in euros (EUR) and are the total amount you pay: any applicable taxes are included, and no taxes or fees are added at checkout. See Pricing & tax information.

What is not included

  • Hosting: Hosting fees are not included. Deployment assistance covers setting the site up on a hosting provider you choose; any subscription is billed to you by that provider.
  • Domain registration: Domain names are not included. You register and pay for the domain with a registrar of your choice.
  • Ongoing maintenance: Maintenance, updates and support after delivery are not included and are available by separate quotation.
  • Additional pages and features: Anything beyond the listed package scope (extra pages, sections, features or revision rounds) requires an additional quotation.
